Eat some meat!! Don't starve yourself! Your brain needs cholesterol to function properly. You're only 17, so you are still growing, which most likely means that you can handle some eggs for breakfast, some more steak for dinner, and a little butter on your vegetables. At your age, you should not have to worry too much about getting overweight in your particular situation- it sounds like you have a good metabolism. There are weight and height charts available that show you what you should weigh based on your age and height- I'm guessing that 130 pounds is fair and reasonable.

Oh dear, your weight isnt right for your height. You have to gain at weight! I was an mere anorexic before. But now, i managed to gain at least 10kgs, and that's like 22pounds? haha.
Well, what i did was i get the support from many many. & yes, eat more. During recovery, i always thought that i ate a lot, but actually, when the rest sees it, it's not.
So, just eat more yeah? preferbly more proteins, which means lots of meat. Also, drink milk every morning and night before you go to sleep. Milk helps to gain weight as well.
When i started eating, I lost weight as well, but eventually gained sometime later. So hang on there, eat eat eat! Dont relapse again and make others worry yah?
Lucks for ur weight gain!

104 to 100 lbs is not a statistical difference. This can be from water fluctuations. Keep on eating you will gain weight :) It is physics, if you take in more calories than you expend, you have to gain weight. You should be at least 120 lbs. You are trying, so you will do it! the hardest part is to beat the anorexia and start eating, and you are doing it. It will take some time

You put your body on "emergency" mode with your limited diet, and it is going to take some work to re-adjust it. Eat all those calorie-rich foods you can, but eat slowly, so you can eat more. Look for the very good quality, so the flavor and texture tempt you. But don't gobble and bloat yourself; take your time.
And please don't hang around with your friends who are dieting during this time except when you are with others and the whole topic of dieting does not get mentioned. Explain to them, one at a time, politely, that you are in a situation where you just can't get into that mind-set or you will be in real danger. Let them draw their own conclusions about any danger they are in themselves.
Here's a great idea: find a really nice gentleman who wants to take you to a good restaurant and buy you whatever tempts you, including their rich desserts. You being 17, I expect that had better be your Daddy, at least for now. Or with Daddy's permission, certainly.
And remember that what a gentleman buys when he buys a lady dinner is the pleasure of her company during that dinner. No obligation to do more than smile and make nice conversation.

As an addictions counselor specializing in eating disorders, I think that you need to realize that eating disorders are not about the food, but rather something deeper then that. Although your immediate physical nourishment is extremely important, and you need to get on a high calorie healthy food plan, you also need to seek psychological help. See your school counselor for available resources in your area.

I suggest you go to the doctor; it is possible you might have diabetis - I am not a doctor (yet) so go see your doctor. I feel this question will not solve your problems. I would question why you became annorexic in the first place. As a male I can tell you that men do not like really skinny girls despite what the capricious media might pourtray. Please believe me.

Slight case of anorexia?? You either are or are not anorexic. I am a recovered anorexic. The truth as I presented it was way off from reality. Please see a doctor.
After seeking treatment, they had me take whey protein four times a day. Bought it at GNC.
IM or Email me if you want.
Good luck!!

You need to see a nutritionist to help you get your calorie intake up, as it sounds like your body is burning more calories than your consuming.
Call a good nutritionist and get some help in getting your life back. Good luck, and God Bless.
