shred up turkey in large pot, add thinly slice onions and chopped bell pepper add to that 6 cans El Pato mexican tomato sauce and 3-6 cups of water, simmer till piping hot. Serve with spanice rice, beans and nice warm tortillas. I love to make this recipe with the leftovers and not long and it is alll gone!! Delicious!

Turkey salad. It's like chicken salad. Dice it or shred it, add mayo, sweet relish, onions, what ever you want. Makes great sandwiches.
