I can't really tell the difference in vitamins. I mean, i don't know if I'm supposed to feel something or not. Can't tell you. But I do love their prices.

My parents purchase all of their vitamins from Puritan's Pride and seem to be quite happy with the quality. I think they also frequently run buy one, get one free type promotions.

The prices are great but they seem to use a lot of filler, their vitamins are as big as horse pills. I bought them some years ago but I would not buy fro them now. Doctors Trust has cheap vitamins but they also put their analysis and guarantee on the website.

you should try not take vitamin pills, you should rather get the nutrition you need from fresh food, that has been processed as little as possible, only use the pills as a boost if you feel like you are getting sick, this way they will be more effective.
