Who took the series of photographs with the theme "143" after the Minot lighthouse?

I remember seeing a guy on TV in the UK in (probably) the 80s. He'd taken a series of photographs all with the theme '143', after the Minot Lighthouse, which flashes in that pattern and which has long been interpreted as saying 'I love you'. Is there a book of those photographs?
