Saddam Husein is not just a murderer. He was a dictator who tortured and mass murdered his own people. Poison his own people. Did experiments. Allowed his children to rape and torture women and children. He read books on the atrocities committed during the Hitler regime and repeated these crimes on his own people.

You can blame the deaths of Iraqis and all the other deaths on OBL, the terrorists and those who have financially supported their agenda. That is where ALL the blame belongs.

America has responded. That is all. You should never have attacked America. Simple.

President Bush is a good President! Thank God he was in office when this started. Look at what Clinton let everyone get away with. He was a coward. President Bush is no coward.

assassin. even as asking questions utilizing words, attempt to envision the that technique of the words that you employ contained in the question. as an celebration, a murdered is someone who kills threat free human beings. all of us understand for a truth, after the individuals uncovered mass graves, that the toll of folk killed lower than the Saddam regime nears 400,000 Iraqis. A martyr is someone who sacrifices his / her self for a extra divine reason; like that of lack of life even as scuffling with for a usa, a faith, etc... If one can be so twisted of their minds as to deem what Saddam did as martyristic (if there is the kind of be conscious)... then after all, what's something yet our inner and own idea of it. pay interest to the words you employ... language isn't so shady as to allow nouns to be puzzled! Adjectives, possibly... yet not nouns... (Martyr vs. assassin)

He thought himself a martyr. Right about now he's looking over and seeing the guys who rammed the planes into the World Trade Center.....and, as they discovered way before he did.......there are no virgins, only flames.

I wouldnt go as far and say Bush is a hero or that he won in any means. You cant be winning when you have so many people dying and no order whatsover.

But saddam did murder. I dont consider him a martyr.
Only God can forgive him now.

As of this day : Murderer

As of Next week : Martyr.

He will be both, of that I have no doubt. Wait until they put his corpse in the ground. Wait until the grief of his followers ignites into something more.

Murderer but if he is executed it may make him a martyr as he died for a cause, which will make terrorism worse and have implications on the insurgency.

EDIT: Make that now that he is dead.
