that's not healthy. try making some healthy lifestyle changes for long-term changes. eat right and exercise is the only way to achieve permanent weight loss. all of the pills and fad diets just cause more problems in the long run.

I think you should be more concerned with why this is a problem for you????130# is just fine. If you want to lose weight, do it the right way, through a healthy diet and exercize instead of trying to lose it all at once. Tell your relatives they can be anorexic if they want but you are going to maintain a healthy weight. You can lose 5 lbs in the next 4 or 5 days by jogging 30 minutes every day and avoiding huge meals and eating mid-size meals low in salt. Water retention may play a role, so stay away from the salt.

Short of severing a limb, I don't see how you can hope to lose such a large amount of weight in just over 1 week. Any method you might try is sure to be extreme and dangerous. How about working out, watching your calories, avoiding sweets, salt adding water, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and trying to lose 10 pounds by February 7?

What makes you think you should lose 15 - 20 lbs? 5 to 6 lbs probably represent a dress size for someone your height. Are you trying to drop dress sizes?

One cannot lose that much weight in a week. Even if it is impossible, it would be *extremely* unhealthy and can cause severe and permanent health problems
Your height and weight is a healthy combination. But, if you do want to lose some weight, you should not put a deadline on it. Losing weight is something one does in order to maintain a healthier lifestyle. It doesn't define who you are as a person.
Good luck with everything! If you want any further advice on this (which I would be happy to give), feel free to contact me.

Start exersizing 2 hours daily, be it be weight lifting or running. Cut junk foods and eat nutrietional, low fat, low carb foods. Eat stuff like... celery... and drink lots of water.

Avoid takeout or restaurant foods. Even the fanciest restaurant foods contain the meanest of calories. Avoid juice if you're thursty - just use water.

And oh, exersize first before you eat. Run in the morning, and then eat breakfast. Play DDR at home if you have it on expert level. Hope it works out.

it somewhat is two-3 pounds a week you will desire to lose and you'd be able to try this via basically reducing out sugar and each and all of the undesirable things if in case you rejoice with like junk nutrition! do not bypass to they gymnasium common, your physique needs to sit down down back. I went to the gymnasium 2 cases a week and walked everywhere and lost 2 pounds a week (shame i did not shop that up) so which you're able to do it too. do not starve your self, this could basically bring about weight benefit as quickly as you start up ingesting lower back. basically be sure you consume suitable yet not too lots. some human beings recommend little and in lots of cases to end your blood sugar plummeting, so consume each and every 2-3 hours or so and easily small issues like a sandwich and so on. you're able to try this actual in case you persist with it yet do not punish your self in case you bypass off the rails once or twice, basically bounce lower back on lower back!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

You may want to rethink that. 15-20 pounds in a week is not really realistic and if it were it would not be safe for your body at all.

there is no healthy way to loose that much weight in that little time- please do not try- you sound like you are at a descent weight- do not let society make you believe you are fat or unattractive. if it is to fit into a piece of clothing- buy a size up, no one is looking at your tags. It is better to look good in clothes that fit than trying desparately to look good in clothes that are too small or not made for your size.

That's not healthy and not realistic. Even 5 pounds a week is pushing it.
