chances are, your skin is cracked. uh, i would suggest eating stuff that will give you diarhea for a while (sorry, cant spell) that way you're not irritating the skin any more than it already is. then as soon as it stops, try a soothing lotion. if this doesnt help, go to a doctor, ASAP.

Ok, you say you don't have the H's but unless you had an examination you can't be sure, they can be up inside and you won't feel them. They can bleed if you are straining and you can also have fissures or tears in the rectum from straining. You need to eat lots of fibre, whole grain breads, cereals and fruit and veggies as raw as tolerated. Go to the health food store and buy some Barley green and put a teaspoon in juice and drink it down twice a day. Gradually go up to a tablespoon twice a day and your stools will be perfect, no straining. this should help them heal. If you are having no pain and the blood is bright it means it is coming from the lower GI and that is good. You may want to see a DR. if this doesn't help. If you are over 50 you need a colonoscopy anyhow. If younger a check up would be good. Also, metamucil is ok for the stool but it's not as nourishing and good for you as the barley green. You can use Preperation H and witch hazel dabbed on the outside if it itches or burns, they both are cooling. the prep. can be put in farther the witch hazel is just for the outside. After about two weeks of normal stools, not straining you should not be bleeding, if so see a Dr.

The short answer is yes, you need to go to a doctor. Obviously, you don't notice any hemorrhoids, but that doesn't mean that you don't have an internal one. If the blood is bright red, a hemorrhoid is a likely culprit. If it's dark colored, it might be a sign of a more serious problem. Even if it's bright, it might be a sign of a more serious problem, that's why you need to go to a doctor to make sure it isn't something serious.
If it is a hemorrhoid, the doctor will probably have you take some baths and add a fiber supplement to your diet. If the doctor can't find a hemorrhoid, you will probably be due for some more tests.
Good luck and I hope it's nothing serious.

Color of the blood is a tell tale sign, dark would indicate a possible ulcer, bright and anything from a bleeding hemorrhoid(not all dangle outside) to any number of serious problems, in either event it is time to see your doctor. Anxiety for men in this area is understandable but consider this, it may be nothing.....on the other hand early detection of prostate problems including cancer greatly increases your chances of survival. So make an appointment. Good luck and Be well.

After 5 days, yes, you should go to a doctor. It will probably turn out to be something minor, but could be a sign of a more serious condition.

He is bleeding because of the worms! He is not on the right medicine. How do you know what type of worm it is to give proper treatment unless you take him or his poop to a vet? That is irresponsible pet care! If your parents don't want to take it to a vet talk to your grandma or aunt or some responsible adult who can talk to them or take it to a shelter free clinic if money is tight.

Yes, you should definitely go to a doctor soon! It could be anything from colon cancer (worst case scenario) to a polyp or fistula, crohn's or colitis, or another ibd. You need to get it checked and treated though....good luck.

First, check to see if you're in a Don Hertzfeldt cartoon.
Next, go to the doctor. Your anus is bleeding.
