This girl that is in my grade(10) and rides my bus sometimes comes over and sits really close to me or on my lap on the bus. Sometimes she just walks up and jumps on me or hugs me and she has started to refer to me as "sweetie pie." However she also sometimes flirts with other guys. She also insists that we are going to grind at our next school dance. Is she just flirting or does she like me?

it depends. Look for the goods. Ask her out man! Some girls just love the power they get from flirting with guys and getting their interest. The one that will have her is the one that is a man and goes for it! If she flirts with you, she would probably want you, but she will never want you unless you make the move. So she opened the door, go to the dance, and seal the deal!

I ran into the same thing when I was in the 8th grade. The girl knew that I had a crush on her and used that to make me think that she liked me. She would call me "hey, baby" and would ask if I would marry her. I thought she was flirting but it turned out she was just teasing me. Although if she's jumping on you, she might like you. The best way to find out is to ask her about it.

Well in my opinion, shes just flirting with you. If a girl really liked you, I dont think she'd say something like we are going to grind at our next school dance. If she likes you, she'd be nicer and more mature about it. But i could be wrong.

I vote she is horny and has the Histrionic personality disorder. People with this tend to be very sexually....provacative. Other then that I think she jus has raging horomones and is just flirting with a load of guys.
If you like her talk to her, if she is being that touchy feely you have a right to know what her intentions are. Just ask her "are you messing with me or do u like me?" esp if u feel uncomfortable. Does she like to be the center of attention??

Compare her behavior towards you with how she treats other guys. does she flirt with you at the same degree as the others? If she does this to you alone and not nearly as much for others, she peobably likes you. If she does this to everyone, then she probably just looking for a hook up. either way, you have your answer.
