I weigh about 115 pounds, and I'm 5'3. I run like every day because I'm on the cross country team. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and I can control my portion. I check my BMI online, and they all say that I'm in the healthy range. Yet, my waist is so huge! My thighs also have so much fat! The rest of my body isn't even fat. My face looks thin, and you can see my collar bones. It's just my tummy and thighs. How do I get rid of fat there? Any other exercises besides crunches, sit ups, the usual? They don't work for me!!! Please help! Thanks!!

1. Impatience. Every bodybuilding dieter has a flaw but the worst is definitely impatience when it comes to a lower body workout to get rid of stomach fat and to get rid of fat thighs. It takes time for a bodybuilding diet program to work and a lot of bodybuilding dieters make the mistake of jumping from one diet to another simply because they are too impatient to stay with one program for longer than a week.

Because a lot of bodybuilding dieters don’t keep records of what they eat, the amount of carbohydrates and proteins they take, or the overall fat and calorie intake they make, many of them don’t lose fat at the expected rate. How many inches are your waist and thighs? You cannot get rid of fat in a specific area, but you can tone. I find that doing side-crunches, working the obliques, really draws the waist in to get that hourglass shape. Fat anywhere on your body belongs to your whole body; it will go away in whatever order your body wants it to go away in. Typically, it goes first from the belly, then the arms, then the thighs/hips last. Women are just built that way.

for my high school track team we did tons of step-ups, squats, and lunges. While I was doing those I had legs of steel and my times fell like crazy(11.1 to 10.8 100meter)so not only should it get rid of fat it might just help your kick and give you some speed for the end of a cross country race.

hope I was helpful.
