Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna, or Nissan Quest. All three get very good gas mileage, roomy and very reliable.

Chev Astro van or GMC safari.
With a 4.3 liter engine it will be fuel efficient but strong enough to pull a trailer.
Im working on my second one (1998) and have had no major trouble with them.

chevy astros seats 7 like my parents own one its not in perfect condition but totally drivable and in July they will have had it for like 10 years.(and they bought it used.)
