We don't know the fate of anyone on earth. That is something that only God knows. Murder doesn't automatically condemn someone to hell. It is possible that he found God at some point in his life and put it in the back of his mind. Or perhaps in the final moments of his life, he came to realize the truth. Maybe not. Either way, it is something we cannot answer.

Depends on the definitions. Nobody knows really what Hell or Heaven are.

The English word "hell" comes from the Germanic "hel", which originally meant "to cover".
Also compare Anglo-Saxon helan, Greek kalyptein and Latin celare="to hide, to cover".
So... To cover? What? Where? How? Who? ...

There is neither heaven or hell, but depending on how truthful it is that he ordered the death of thousands of people, he will not be happy for quite some time. Perhaps in his next life he'll be born a Kurd orphan.

Only God knows. He was probably unrepentant up to the very end which means he will likely not enter into heaven.

According to the Bible when one dies they return to dust. He will be put in an unmarked grave and be sleeping. Jesus said Lazarus was sleeping when he awakened him from his grave, a tomb.
His spirit will return to God. This is what God's word tells us. Not mans opinion, God's word.
Read your personal bible and find out for yourself.
