First try to remove the stresses. If that isn't possible try to remove yourself from them for a while and relax. Remember to breathe, when we are stressed we forget to breathe, really, we start taking small shallow breaths and deprive our body of oxygen and keep carbon dioxide in our lungs. So, taking deep breaths from the nose deep into the diaphragm and then the stomach...let it pooch out. Then breathe it out slowly through the mouth and expel all the air from down in the lungs, push hard to get it all out. When you get a few minutes a day do this a few times and remember throughout the day to breathe deeper and that will help some. Now when you get home and away from some of the stress put on music, soothing and relaxing, positive uplifting even gospel music, it will make you feel better. Then the Bible says that laughter is like medicine for the soul, so laugh. Call the funniest person you know and talk and laugh at all the crap that is going on. Rent a funny movie, watch America's funniest Home videos...laugh and heal the soul just a little. Then put things in perspective, make lists about what is really important and what you have to do and what you can let go. Don't take on more than your share if you don't have to. you can't do it all. Ask for help if you need it and can find it. Make sure to get the really important things done first and don't sweat the small stuff. then pray, ask God to help you get through this and to help you make decisions that will not stress you and only take on projects and things that are meant for you or that are yours, not every ones. Learn to say no. Love and prayers coming your way.

Try watching the movie the secret. The other thing that i would suggestion is visual meditation. If you are looking for example financial abundance visual exactly what that would look like for you. Every day spend a few minutes a day going to the mental thought of what it is you want . Eventually it will come through

i might want to assert seeing a psychologist can be a strong idea. the strain of being a student might want to be extremely troublesome each so often. As for being a strong motivator for your human beings, i understand the feeling because it truly is my function im my crew of friends and bypass by a similar component each so often. excercise, releases endorphines feel good substances normally produced in the brain, but under stress, inhibits them..try something simple like walking, swimming, yoga..
relaxing music
reading,
anything that distracts you and requires your attention to deviate your thoughts from what ever is stressing you out..
