I'm dating this boy and he can be nice and he can be a total jerk.
he's nice on the phone but when i get around him and his friends they make fun of me and joke around. truthfully it hurts inside. but there are 2 other boys that i like and i've never been able to get over them. and it seems impossible to do. one of the boys i had dated before. the other i have like for like 2 years. and the other boys seem so much more respectful. any advice on what i should do?

You will come to find out that all boys can be jerks every now and then, if you two are serious, then tell him when he acts like a jerk. How is he going to know what you don't like if you don't tell him? If he doesn't respect you, and keeps acting that way, then ditch him, it sounds like you don't have a great reason to stay tied down when your options are wide open.

They are BOYS just like YOU are a GIRL. You ALL are still kids, going through puberty, it's really not that difficult to understand. I'll bet YOU have times when you can be really nice and then other times be nasty...And when boys are with their friends they get "silly"...just like YOU get silly when you are with your friends. Stop trying to make more out of simply friendships than what is there...THAT is what is confusing your, your own fantasies about guys because they're just not THAT complicated.

im not tryin to be mean...but u need tu drop da 1 dats nice over da phone and mean to u in person...when u have a bf dats has friends dat make fun of u...and he isnt talkin up for u or hes jus standin there not tellin dem to stop means he doesnt really care about u...not matter wat he says..ive been been through dis b 4 and da boy iz so sweet around u but in person he acts like he doesnt even kno u. I think u should try it with 1 of da respectful boyz dat u like...ur better off wit dem....hope dat helps!

if this hurts u..then y dun u try talkin 2 him..
if this situation continues..then d guy ur dating isn't worth 4 dating..
if ur still not over those two boys..
try finding other boys..cute ones..
if u end up breaking up with d guy ur dating with now..
then u shld get back together with one of d guys u couldn't get over with..

haha well if you look in my Q and A You will find that i asked a question about why girls like jerks, and i still dont know why. Girls are just as confusing to us if not more. im kinda in the same delima with 2 girls so what i would to is let your heart be your guide. its never faild me in the past.

He sounds a little immature. He may not realize it hurts you. Tell him about how it makes you feel when he disrespects you in front of his friends. If he changes his behavior, he may just be worth your time. If he doesn't, dump the jerk.

I agree.. If you cant trust him, Dump him.. If he is making fun of you... Thats a real lame man.. Actually he isnt a man! Dump him and go with the guy you like girl!

Talk to your boyfriend about it. If you don't feel you can talk to him about that, then obviously you aren't meant to be because soul mates talk about everything. If you think the others are more respectful, try that out. But don't dump your current boyfriend without at least trying to change his disrespectful ways.

I can't remember any of my BF allowing his friends to pick on me maybe he doesnt feel the same I would tell him and his friends were they can shove it walk away with some pride don't allow ANYONE to abuse you in any form Good luck
