Spend time with yourself, friends and family. Find positive activities to relieve stress; gym, bowling, writing, walking
You are going to hurt, but how long you hurt depends on how strong you are.
Keep up your self-esteem, boys come and go!

Times like break-ups are difficult, and trust me, there are a lot of people that feel the same way you do. It takes time to get over a break up, but you have to look in depth at what was of the relationship. Was it good, bad? Did you learn anything new from the experience? Thoughts like these can help you grow and feel better, although it does take time. Everyone has someone special waiting for them in the future. Just be yourself and enjoy life as it is. There's more to life than just boys!

It wil take time and it will probably be hard for a bit but eventually you will get past it. If he broke up with you then he wasn't right for you anyway. If he loved you and had any issues in the relationship he would have tried really discussing things and working things out so he could be with you. There is someone else out there that will be with you for you and love you for who you are.

In my opinion i think the best way to get over a boy is to find a new boy and make sure the old boy sees you hanging with him and then he will get extremely jeolous and then he will be begging you to go back out with him

think your ego is hurt, and it does hurt to be broken up with, but u will meet many boys before u meet that special one, that u will spend the rest of your life with. best way to get over someone is to go out and find another boy to love. just have to accept it, and move on, if u don't u will find yourself stuck in the past.

Look at it as his loss but also look at yourself before getting into another relationship, and then move on.
did he want you to be too dependant upon him? Did he want to get into a sexual relationship before you were ready for that?
were you too possessive of him? wht reason did he give you for breaking up?
Take a sheet of paper and on one side write the good things about him and the relationship and on the other the bad things and you may find that you do not miss him that much after all!!

Find a new boy and the most important thing- DON'T SIT AROUND. Sitting around means thinking and thinking means you're going to think about him and how much you miss him. Get out, find new guys to hang out with whether as a potential b/f or just friend, and have fun. Don't sit around and wander about him.

Time.
The easiest was for me was cramming my time. Making all my days full with activities. It make u feel better to know that there is now so much new stuff in your life that he doesen't have any idea about. And is not included it.
Also, avoid him [and his friends/family] @ all costs & surround yourself with good friends.
So sry, and BEST WISHES!!!!
