Yes. RG-6 is standard 75-Ohm coaxial cable and it will work very well with an outdoor TV antenna. Make sure you get the correct connectors for it, which are slightly different than the connectors use for the more common RG-59 cable. Radio Shack sells the right F connectors for RG-6 cable.
