Putting baby powder takes out the oil. The powder will absorb the oil in your hair. You can skip a day ir two of washing it

It soaks up the oil in your hair. My stylist says it's for when you need to go out and don't have time to wash your hair. This works better for blondes than brunettes or red heads. Apparently you're supposed to put it on the roots and scalp, let it soak up the oils and shake it out, style as usual. Personally it think it's gross.

I've heard it as a substitute for washing your hair if it's oily, but wouldn't it just be easier to take a shower? They used to do that in the old days when people didn't bathe as often.

putting a baby powder in your hair dosent do anything, they just makes your hair looks so white. baby powders are actually use as props in tage if they need a white natural hair!

It helps to remove body oils from the hair. It's a good substitute for daily washing when someone is too sick to shower. But one still has to wash it eventually.

if you just recently washed your hair, you can put baby powder in and it will look more clean and less greasy. an easy trick, go ahead and try it.

its for when you dont have time to shower and your hair is oily
or if youre like me..i have kinda oily skin so sometimes my bangs get all oily bc they rub on my forehead so much..sometimes i put baby powder on them
it works..but make sure to shower anyway!

It takes away the oil if used in small amounts.When you use too much,it'll just turn your hair white.

I don't think it wouyld do anything, although it might sofen your scalp, therefore making it easier for you to manage, why not ask her? Give it a shot it wouldn't effect you that much!
