I'm getting foils (dye job) and a cut, what percent or amount should I tip? Does it depend on how long it takes, or how much the job costs me?

Depends on how much time and how well your hairstylist did your hair. If she/he did all that well, pay her $5 or less for the work she did. Dont pay her alot unless she did something big for you.

I wouldn't. Just pay them for what you had done. Never heard of giving them a tip. What do you mean I was born in the hills?
