Try www.fastweb.com. You answer a bunch of questions about yourself and your parents and it finds scholarships that you might qualify for. Then you visit the web sites and apply for them. It's a great service, and it's free.
Also contact the school you're going to be attending. Their financial aid department should be able to help.

The chances are more if you have a better GRE, better academic record and a not so common history. Also try the United States Education Foundation in India

if your GRE scores r very good then they offer u RA or TA !! for the first semester !! if you already have the admission then u need to join the school n come to US n then try! it depends which unversity u go to if they have funding or not! IM me if u have any further question! GoodLuck!
