Well there are many many ways. Unfortunately US conservative politicians and oil folks can't really do that so it's time to cast FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) against global warming advocates and the scientific community. It's a global issue because it affects the whole world.

For the lay person, somewhere after you consider all of the "anecdotal" evidence, you don't have to "believe" in global warming to realize there is something "strange" going on.

For instance (all of these observations and conclusions have been scientifically or otherwise verified)

- The rapid/intense southern expansion of Saharan desertification of Mali, Chad and Sudan (and the attendant Janjaweed and other militias)
- Australian desertification/salinization "issues"
- Monsoon failures of India and SE Asia
- Western US wildfires / La Nina El Nino intensification
- The simulataneous melting of nearly ALL temperate glaciers across the planet starting in about 1880 or so and continuing and increasing to present.
- Increase in extremely large Arctic and Antarctic glaciers calvings and breakups.
- Almost 50 years of scientific data showing measurable inceases in overall atmospheric CO2 increases and corresponding atmospheric temperature increase which are FAR outside the expected temperatures for the planet and increasingly.
- Rampant use of fossil fuels by industrialized nations directly corresponding to CO2 emmissions and temperature increases.

Personally and politically speaking, the rather pathetic ostrich-like behavior of our elected officials and their corporate concerns have given me pause for some time.

To my mind at least - it seems somewhat reasonable to submit that perhaps, it's not just all liberal lies and tree-hugging deceptions.

Politically the issue going forward now is how we correct / deal with the situation - the generally complete failure of the current administrations in the West to address these issues in any effective ways means we're probably going to have to learn to deal with some unpleasant realities.

Of course those who don't want to acknowledge our problems, will ignore and fight as strenuously as they denied the problems were occuring in the first place - So even if we "acknowledge" it's occuring - we're still a long way from doing anything about it let alone fixing the problem.

Arctic ocean contains concentrated salty water. This property generates an underwater river, 40 times bigger than all of the rivers on earth combined, which drags the water from the atlantic to the pacific just west of the United States. Once there the Ocean water heats up since, it's in equatorial region and eventually, travels back to the place where it originated. The warmed current of water gives out its heat to the surrounding air which spreads across European countries. (that's why countries that lie on the same latitude can have different temperatures)
Now, with the temperature of the Earth rising, polar caps start melting and as a result, the salty water in the arctic ocean becomes diluted. Finally, the underwater river is degenerated and the circuit is cut. Europe will get colder, northern hemisphere will get hotter.

IThe global warming affects ecosystems, ie insects can now survive, flourish and destroy areas that before was too cold for the insects to exist. This changes the dynamics of the region by making other plants/trees etc more prominant and others to not exist any longer in that area. That makes different animals flourish in that area and others to leave and the domino effect just continues. Also melting icecaps changes sea levels over time and that changes our geography. The warmer water now expands more in the ocean and that just excaggerates the ice caps melting. The list could go on but I don't have enough space nor time on this answer.

both aspect, for and hostile to, have records to help their claims. you may't take one length and declare a link or the inability thereof. it truly is not how technology works. I received't say that global warming is real, inspite of the indisputable fact that the overall consensus between human beings smarter than both human beings is that global warming does exist. If global warming does exist, it seriously is not something we note straight away, and it seriously is not in Cleveland. For one, it's going to be in oceanic temperatures. the sea is an massive thermal regulator; this is fairly troublesome to regulate its temperature a lot. this is going to also take a lot extra records than we at the moment ought to practice its life. even as very nearly all scientists will agree that the temperature contained in the oceans has been increasing, they disagree as to the reason. Many blame global warming; others blame a periodic warming and cooling of the planet which shows us nearing the suitable of the cycle (it repeats each 10,000 years or so.) also, those hostile to global warming cite plane emissions and different gases we are emitting into the air concurrently that help reflect the solar's skill. this is nevertheless up contained in the air, and as a lot as I have a tendency to despise Congress and their lack of ability to make suggested judgements on clinical concerns which they understand not something about, i do not blame them for very last undecided. EDIT: If the polar ice caps were to soften, they could really reason the water element to upward thrust about 8 meters, or 20 ft. I swear, human beings suggested Waterworld and freaked out. Granted, 20 ft is a good number of sea coast, yet new york isn't going everywhere.

Well fist global warming is causing the north pole to melt the ice and killing the home of many animals as well as the animals there.this issue is all over the world because it harms everyone around because with the melting of ice killing more than one third of the population of polar bears and with that it harms the whole food chain including the human being.

Global warming has done next to jack so far. Temperatures have only raised by something like one degree Fahrenheit (the only true temperature scale, thus saith the LORD). The real story will be what it does during the next 100 years and beyond.

Which is jack squat- so it will rain more, big flippin deal.

One way are the polar ice caps melting. The polar bears are losing their natural habitat & are drowning due to various circumstances.
