Cars can not run on H2O. Period. Never have, never will.

That being said - I really like the rest of your question.

I sincere hope that we can develop a viable alternative to oil and, as you say, let the Kings of The Dessert pretty much find an alternative to their gold toilets and super rich sheiks!

Time to incoroprate yourself , get a lawyer and buy some factory space to recondition cars in your neck of the woods!

Water has no energy content, so it cannot be a fuel for any kind of engine.
