It is the on going unability to resist impulses to perform actions that are harmful to oneself or others. In some cases the person loses control and assaultes others or distroys property. Some examples of impulses are: Urges to steal things, setting fires on purpose, and compulsive gambling.

it means to act before you think.. impulses is having the erge to do something and impulsive people just go with the erge instead of thinking it through.. It's a bad thing to have if you don't know how to control it :) :) :)

impulses are something you do, maybe without thinking, or controlling. like jumping off a bridge without thinking about the results.
