Fish Oil Gel Caps. I forget the brand, but
OH MY GOODNESS
THAT STUFF WORKS WONDERS.
A friend was in the Dr's office, when this Lady
said she had such bad cramps in her legs
until she started taking Fish Oil Gel Caps.
She said it was like a miracle, now she has no pain.
My Friend knew I had pain in my right hand, so she
brought over some Fish Oil Gel Caps for me.
The pain in my right hand, is an old memory. :-O
My Sister is now taking them, and her leg cramps
at night have gone. :-)

Do finger/hand exercises! Stretch out your fingers before and after playing.
