if you are trying to lose weight you need to have a regular eating schedule randomly eating at 2 in the morning isn't very healthy and since you're going back to bed you aren't digesting the food in a healthy manner... eat healthy and in the day exercise and you will lose the weight :)

you want to get your metabolism going in the morning, that sets the pace for the day. eat the egg & toast in the morning & small frequent meals (snacks) throughout the day. eating late at night before bed will pack on the pounds since your body slows down, including your metabolism. hope this helps, good luck

I don't think that would put any weight on you but if you ate like cookies or other stuff it would because you are eating and going back to bed, what you eat will turn to fat. Best to eat more during the day that way you can work it off and it doesn't have time to sit and turn to fat.

It will add to the calories, try eating a little bit alot! even if your not hungry. That way your body is always working on digesting.
Also eat high protein low carbs, and exercise regularly.

you should NEVER skip meals. heres sometips!:::
* never skip meals!!!
* if your not hungry at a meal, dont skip it! just eat a couple a bites so you wont be hungry later in the night
* before you go to bed, have a LIGHT snack. Like some crackers or peanut butter.
* excersize
* dont take any types of pills or anything
* dont eat any junkk food or anything

its tough to answer but i dont think so because when you eat at night you aren't exercising to put that weight off. but your not eating during the day so im not too sure

Not so much as if you eat a whole meal then go straight to sleep. Try not to do it every night.

it's hard to answer this question properly, without knowing how active your lifestyle is.
in general, if you use more energy than you consume [in simple forms (sugars and proteins)] you will lose weight
