Yeah, you are making a big deal of it...having casual sex is no indication someone will cheat...those are completely separate issues...besides, you'll be hard pressed to find a guy who's never had casual sex...
If you like him, go out with him...if not, then don't...but don't hold his past experiences against him...you wouldn't want it done to you, would you?

You are a sensible young woman and you are CORRECT. Any man who believes sex with a woman is "no big deal" has not learned to appreciate a woman as a human being instead of an object for his selfish gratification. You are justified in feeling as you do about this man. If he is all for having sex with a woman who will submit to his advances without dating her first, he is a USER who is not remotely interested in having a meaningful and caring relationship with another human being (female).

I don't think this is a potential of someone cheating. Unless he cheated on someone when he had sex with his co-worker you have nothing to worry about. It's just sex, he's always going to have a job and every girl he dates can't dump him because he had sex with his co-worker.

You're getting worried over SOMETHING! Casual sex, especially, from a co-worker (NEVER, I repeat NEVER go fishing off the company dock, especially if you need your job) is not my idea of someone I'd want to get into a relationship with.

You're getting worried over nothing. Every guy you don't sleep with is one that you won't be able to make up.
Get as much as you can. Go until you find the best at sex and marry him.
That's what my wife did. 28 guys before she met me and now I am The Man !!!

If I'm single, I have slept with random people too....but I have never or would never cheat. Him sleeping with her means nothing other then they were both horny at the same time

He probably told you not to tell anyone at work about the two of you also... He's setting himself up for the next girl that he likes at work... Dump him and let all the girls know what he's like at work... You can do better...

Red flag!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didn't tell you about having sex because he didn't think it was a big deal. He misled you once, he could do it again. You think it is a big deal. You both have different values. Get rid of that loser!
