yes extremely high. People that are Born with the genetic carrying gene (can't remember the name of it) There kids are born from birth with high cholesterol and they can't eat chocolate

not in real chocolate. the fat in milk chocolate can cause some health risk if over used, but dark chocolate(with a high cocoa content) has benefits that well outwiegh the fat content.
