As folks have told you, mostly older movies from the 30's like the Ziegfeld series or "42nd Street". For more recent, you might want to check out "Showgirls" - a bomb of a plot but lots of headdresses.

Oh yes, A Chorus Line. I love that movie. Lots of gold glitter, singing, dancing. Um, Dreamgirls, that's recent. Connie and Carla, not really old, and good, but deals with gay men. So, if you're offended by gay men in glittery costues and tall feather headresses, then I would say that movie is not for you. Oo, Idlewild, of course, that's a good one. Sparkle, maybe not for you, but those are just a few.
Oh by the way, Chicago does NOT have glittery chorus line women in it. Chicago is a musical. Cabaret is not a chorus line movie either, so no one mention it.

Yes, check out all the Fred Astair & Ginger Rogers movies. Films with the Ziegfield Girls/Follies in them. The costumes were spectacular. Classic films.

Probably...sorry but you reminded me...
About 25 years ago I worked in a theatre and we had the last tour of the Black and White Minstrels in.
I remember being the guy in the wings handing those huge ostrich feather fans to the dancing girls as they peeled round in their dance routine.
It's just occured to me...I was among the last to see that sort of variety entertainment...let alone take part in it.
Sorry....just having a moment there

Ziegfeld Follies. Every year Ziegfeld had a film made of his dancers i.e. Follies of 1922, 23, etc. Most pre-war musicals had lavish scenery and dancers.
