I decided recently it would be a good idea to wirte my funeral wishes down and give them to a good friend, but I wanted it to take place at night. Is that a possibility?

I don't see why not. The only reason I could see not to do it would be that the interment usually takes place right after the funeral, and it would be hard to do the interment at night because there wouldn't be as much light. So that would probably be the next day, meaning that the funeral guests who also wanted to go to the interment would have an evening and then the next day of funeral services. If that sounds okay to you, I think a funeral at night is just fine.

You mean the burial right? The best thing to do is call your local funeral home and ask.

If people truly LOVE you, they will follow your last wishes to the letter!
If you entrusted that task to ME, I would ensure that all of your last wishes were followed precisely.....but most others would object, or not attend out of fear.
Heck with THEM...you can look down & see who really cared about you!
Good luck...

I agree with Marcos and Drshorty. Cemetaries aren't usually open for stuff at night, so you would have to be buried the following day.
