I have went from 180 to 148. To do this I eat a bunch small meals. Eat lots of fruit's and vegtables, Take small bites, chew 40 times, Drink only water, Don't eat any kind of little snack cakes or candy. Excersice daily, crunches, squats, running, and strength training can convert fat into muscle that's the basics I can think of. Do not eat 4 hours before going to bed.

I lost 42 lbs...took about 5 or 6 months. It was a rollercoaster trip. 10 lbs the first month, 11 lbs. the 2nd and 5 or 6 after that. I have maintained so far. It's been about 8 mos. I watch EVERY single thing I eat. Count my calories and try to walk 2 - 4 miles a day. I'm hoping to lose another 30 by the end of May. I'm not trying to lose right now...only maintain. After the holidays I'll catch back up...I hope. :)

I have lost 200 pounds in the last 3 years. I was over 400 pounds and am now a bit over 200. I have maintained it, and I am still eating healthy and exercising and continuing to lose weight. The weight came off fast at first, about 20 pounds a month, but now my body is used to me being active and eating healthy, so losing weight is slower and more difficult now. I did it completely naturally, no fad diets, no pills, etc... Just exercise, whole grains, and lots of fruits and veggies. I'm also a vegetarian.

I have lost 60 pounds and for the first time in my life it has stayed off thanks to BEE POLLEN and ROYAL JELLY products.. I was turned onto these products by my sister at www.beeroyalproducts.com I started replacing meals with Bee pollen since it is a high protein and contains amino acids and vitamins , it cured my cravings and gave me more energy than I could ever imagine... then I started using the Royal Jelly I am buying the larger size it lasts 5 months and really is a bargain, I have gotten results and feel health , younger and full of energy
