No, not really.
I don't believe in the death penalty. I would much rather see "life at hard labor without possibility of parole".
BTW, just what does this question have to do with R&S?

No. It is a horrible scene. I witnessed three Jewish people being hanged in Baghdad by Saddam I was only about 7 years old and they were left there for every one to see, for three days.

"Not only the date, but the hour of the hanging is a mystery."
Those are the last news (30 minutes ago).
I think (God forgive me ) that he deserves the death. Said this, no I wouldn´t like to be present.

Of course it isn't going to happen. The witnesses will be very strictly controlled. But I would be interested to see if he can muster any dignity in his final moments. I think that would tell us a lot about a man that we really know very little about.

Have you ever seen someone die an unnatural, violent death? I have. There's no way I'd be present for his execution, nor do I support capital punishment in any way, shape, or form. Not even for him. He deserves life imprisonment instead.

No. Tonight I am thinking about the verse in the bible, God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked.
This man has spent his life following a false god. If he dies without Jesus Christ, he will be in hell for all of eternity. This moment will come to each person; to face death. It makes me sick to think of anyone going to hell forever....even someone like Sadaam Hussein, because the blood of Christ can wash anyone, absolutely anyone, clean, if they repent. He is still breathing, he still has the chance to turn to Jesus and be saved. But something tells me, he will not. I shudder to think of where he will soon find himself.

This is not the right time to hang him considering the volatile Iraqi government. I won't be surprised if chaos erupts after his execution.

I believe that we are all worthy of death and my Savior was hung on a cross to pay our penalty of death and that only God can righteously require someones life and he brought us this time of grace that we might be saved.

No but it is a just sentence for a very cruel man who even used WMD on his own people when he used poison gas on the Kurds.
