Because Julia Roberts was saying how it was so much better to have two at one time, unlike those who have one at a time and have to go through all that work.

It's not that they are better...but that they have to do A LOT more work (if it's possible) than one at a time moms. So, they kind of get bragging rights. Kind of like when a woman has a 48 hour labor, as opposed to the textbook 12 hour labor...definitely more work.

What kind of question is THAT? I have had single births and I have had twins. Every child is a blessing and a joy.

Having more that one is HARD work. I have a friend who whines and groans about getting up in the middle of the night and how hard a baby is. Yes, it IS, but I am the wrong person to bi tch to.

I will say that if you think carrying one baby for 9 months is hard, count your blessings...two were pure hell for me!

So no, I do not think I am BETTER than you or anyone else, but I KNOW what it is like to carry and care for two at once and it is no picnic.

Carring multiples or carring one is just the same, you still get a bundle of joy to hold and kiss...Those that think having more than one is better than having one are a bit riduculous because for some people they can't even have any so for those who can are lucky to even be able to reproduce!!
