Just a little training is needed. Go to the door and watch closely when she dashes for it put your foot out to stop her and close the door, tell her bad girl. Also train her to sit and stay, if you do that first you will have more success. Go to pet store and get a training video. Keep doing this until she understands.

Yes, you must teach a solid "sit-stay" at the door.
Begin by putting a LEASH on your dog. Go to the door with the dog and bring a few tidbits (very small) with you. At the door tell the dog to sit and to stay.
1. Reach for the handle of the door and then drop your hand and say nothing. If the dog gets up, say nothing, use your hands gently to re-place into a sit and repeat "stay". Reach for the handle again and again until the dog is not getting up. Pause for a few seconds between attempts. Gently praise (don't get the dog too excited - try "yesssss" in a quite voice) and give a treat to the dog only when it is doing what you want (staying in a sit). Keep the leash loose. Reward success - ignore mistakes.
2. When the dog can handle you reaching for the handle, grab the handle and turn it. Do not open the door yet. Let the dog absorb the new, unusual idea that the door isn't opening like it used to. Again, praise and treat only correct behaviour.
3. When your dog can sit-stay solidly when you turn the handle, proceed to opening it a bit but not enough for the dog to exit. Then close it. Do this a few times to reinforce it. Praise and treat only correct behaviour.
4. Proceed to opening the door a bit and leaving it open for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds (build some time up) and then close the door after each time. If successful, praise and treat. If the dog makes a mistake, close the door and ignore, wait 10 seconds and try again.
5. Proceed to opening the door even wider and leaving it open for 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds.
6. Proceed to opening the door completely and increase the time increment slowly again.
This is not something you will have to practice every day for 1 to 2 weeks before the dog becomes reliable. Do not practice this more than 5 minutes at a time or the dog will become bored and frustrated. Try practicing 3 times per day for 5 minutes at a time. At the end of your training "session" always give the dog a release command, like "Okay!" or "All Finished!" and have a little play session to let the dog know the work is over for now.
Dogs are incredibly smart. If you are consistent and very quick with your praise you will have very good results.

Put her on a long line, and set her up by asking someone to come over, or have someone leave. Give her 15 mins or so on the line beforehand so that she has forgotten about it. Either hold the end of it or stand on it so that she is stopped before she gets through the doorway when she tries to bolt. Tell her NO very firmly at the same time. After a few times she should realise running off is no fun. It may sound harsh, but it sounds like it could save her life.

Leash her and put her in a sit stay before openning the door. At anytime of the door opening process she tries to get up correct her. That or crate her when the door bell rings. Once calm let her greet.

I would take a soda can with coins and shake it before I open the door and then throw a small broken dog bone before I leave the house for the dog to find...dogs will sniff away to find the bone!

put a dog fence in front of the door so when you open (you can walk over the fence) the fence will stop her in her tracks

Put her on a leash BEFORE you open the door or put her in another room before you open it.

You have to let your dog know that you are the one in control. Punish her each time she does this behavior and reward her if she doesn't do this behavior.

all you can do really to train her is to keep pulling her back and hitting her gently and saying "No, bad dog" and eventually she will get the idea, there is no easy one time answer
