Ok. here's the scoop. I have very muscular legs. I am a cheerleader and I am a flyer so the muscle on my legs dont help my bases... The reason why i have a ton of muscle on my legs is because of cheerleading and gymnastics. the thing is i dont want to give either of them up and i have my cheerleading competition in a few weeks.. so can someone please help me and tell me how to get rid of the muscle on my legs???

You silly girl, I'll bet you have legs to die for! These are killer legs I'm sure! Because of the muscle in your legs, be proud girl! Others are in the club daily trying to get what you have.
It sounds as if a change of attitude about them is in order. Try thinking "yeah I have hot legs" lol Don't worry about it, muscular legs are nice, the only way to "lose" muscle is to not work them out, and you're continually doing this, so they are what they are! Be proud of them instead of critical of them -you go girl!

you will want to keep them toned so do some walking but dont do strenghth trianing. that builds muscle size. be patient & remember those muscular legs is what get u to the top, literally :)

1st of all the muscle on your legs is a good thing. But if you wish to lose some of it slowly take your self off of leg strengthing exercises.

it called cardio and diet , try it fatty
