I think that if they hang Presidents for causing the deaths of thousands, then Bush has every reason to feel nervous........between not acting to prevent the 9-11 attacks, the botched "War on Terrorism" -- with a US death toll now exceeding the number of people killed in 9-11 --- AND the painstakingly poor response to Hurricane Katrina, Dubya has some owing up to do....as bad as Saddam was, he was NOT behind the terrorist attacks, and the President is now no better than him.
ADDENDUM: Sorry, Fromage....for the time being, America remains a free country. I'm sure you'd rather have it be some isolationist state where dissent is locked up....say, like it was in IRAQ, ironically.....but until then, you'll have to find it in yourself to be mature and accept other opinions. Work at it. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

He replaced into the pinnacle of state for a rustic. no count if we enjoyed what he did or no longer it replaced into no longer our place to invade a sovereign united states and depose the pinnacle of it particularly is government. It replaced into the two no longer suitable to televise the assassination of their head of state in a derogatory form . it particularly is going to have been accomplished suitable and in accordance with humane provisions. you may no longer condemn Saddam or leaders like him and then execute the same gadget of regulation you're condemning them for. Now that we are transforming into rid of the axis of evil from Iraq I see no distinction in the treatment of the Sunni's through the Shitite's that they claimed have been so inhumane in direction of them. i think of it is not significant which faction is working the rustic their hate for another has been occurring for hundreds of years and could proceed till the tip of time and it has no longer something to do with Israel.

I agree with the Dark Angel. Bin Laden's execution will surely be aired on American television and may surpass the Super Bowl in ratings.

What a lovely monochrome world you must live in. Either you rejoice in the killing of a man, or seek to destroy utterly those responsible for the killing. It's like saying either you must either go on gay pride marches, be friends with hundreds of gay people and watch musical theatre every month or firebomb every gay bar, mercilessly beat up every gay person you see and denounce homosexuality as a sin against God and the American way - and that other sorts of people DO NOT EXIST. How can you be so blind as to other people's opinions?

To be honest, he doesn't matter to me. Osama's execution, on the other hand, I'll be ecstatic. Some people might even cry with joy.
