What do M.D.,D.M. and M.Ch, medical degrees, stand for in India?

In India the basic medical degree is MBBS. P.G. degree in medicine is called M.D. Super speciality degree in medicine is called D.M. and in surgery it is called M.Ch.I want to know the expansions of these degrees.Can anyone help me?

Post Grad Degrees:
MD = Doctor of Medicine
MS = Master of Surgery

Specialty Degrees:
DM = Doctor of Medicine
MCh = Master of Chirurgical
