get a physical exam to make sure there isnt a chemical or hormone imbalance. tell the doctor your feelings of sadness etc. you also might need to be treated for depression.

Honey you need to talk to a doctor about this. This sounds like something that could be caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain. There are many disorders that this can cause some are commonly know like depression for example and other mood disorders are not as well known but are just as crucial to treat. It may not be something that needs medical attention, but if it is you could try anything and everything and not feel any better. Another thing that may help in some way is to write in a journal. If you have any pent up feelings that you are not totally aware of sometimes putting pen to paper can be really healing. Best of luck to you and God bless....

I guess you need to think about what might be causing you to feel this way. I know you aren't in school, but do you have goal set for yourself? Sometimes working towards something will ward off unhappy thoughts. On the other hand, if you are really sad, maybe you should talk it over with your doctor. There are lots of medications for depression, and believe it or not, there are more people that suffer from it than you would think. Good luck. Try to get control of it as quickly as you can!

Why dont you think about positive things in life and say I am going to have a good day today, we all can decide if today we will be sad mad or happy so let things go and say today I will be happy no matter what, then go out and do something to make you feel happy, if it is just going shopping with no money but looking or give a poor bum on the street a buck , just something to make it a happy day

You need some professional help. Where's your mom? Do you have a doctor? A pastor? Is there a health clinic in your town/ A crisis line to call? 4 or 5 months is too long to be feeling this way. Get some counseling, look in the phonebook. good luck

Turn on the TV, and see how other people in
the World try to make it for another day.
How can a small child of 3 or 4 make it with
no one, no one. The parents are dead.
There's too much sadness, and need in the World
for me to cry about " how sad I am ".
They need the help.
Reach out, it will help you feel better.

May God keep you safe in his arms.

do you talk to your boyfriend about feeling like you are gonna cry or actually cry? if you don't you should really talk to him about that, he could help you alot more, and help you to understand why you feel like that. have you had your period in those 4-5 months? if not i would go to your gyno. but it sounds just like you are either pms. or that you are becoming depressed, i would talk to a doctor. i think that when you feel like crying around your boyfriend, its because you love him ALOT and that makes you emotional. i know that when my boyfriend says some really sweet things to me and talks to me all nice that i sometimes cry b/c it makes me so happy. so crying can be a good thing. if i were you i would just cry, just let all the tears come out around my boyfriend. so HE could comfort you. having a boyfriend comfort you is so nice. b/c it feels like you bond with him more. :). i will pray for you.

You could possibly be depressed...depression brings a wide variety of emotions..really without a cause..up and down moods are random. I would suggest you make an appointment with your doctor and tell him/her about your mood swings. a mild antidepressant could bring a world of change to these moods.
Have a Happy New Year! Good Luck

Most likely you are suffering from depression. This is treatable. Please call your primary care doctor and get a referral for a therapist and/or psychiatrist. Or call the local mental health office in the phone book. Or call the number on the back of your insurance card for a referral for mental health treatment.
