No I dont think so. I am married and will find myself dreaming about another man every once in a while. Its just your mind's subconscience wandering, it doesnt mean anything.

No worries, you are just a normal girl!

Actions stem from our thought life. If you keep thinking on this long enough, there is a high possibility that one day you will act on your fantasies.

It's normal to see another guy & think "Wow, he's hot!" but then you should leave it at that. For you to be constantly dreaming about other guys may be a sign that you are really not into your boyfriend & maybe need to move on.

No
that is normal
but if you are dreaming about a particular guy that you really know then that is not cool. You may in fact not be into your man anymore and before you become a cheater it may be best to let the old go and start on the new. But if it is just general fantasizing then it should not be problem

Nope, you don't need to feel guilty for that, afterall; you can't control what your subconcious mind thinks up. It's just mixing up the thoughts from your day and perhaps you happend to be talking to the certain guy you dreamt about and your mind got a little bit crazy. It doesn't mean that you are being unfaithful to your boyfriend. It's nothing to worry about.

Fantasizing is normal and natural. Just remember, he's fantasizing about other women.
It is possible to spend the rest of your life with one person, but no rational person would expect you to not to fantasize about someone other than the person who you are with for the rest of your life.
Psychologically it's actually a very healthy outlet.
As long as you keep dreams and fantasies in dream and fantasy world, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

You shouldn't feel guilty, but you should try and stop. Are you really happy with him? What do you love about him? Would you like it if he was dreaming about other girls in the same way? I personally would feel disloyal if i dreamt about other guys, and would stop right away, and re-evaluate my relationship with him. Is he not giving you everything you need?

No, you shouldn't. As long as you don't act on those dreams. I still have dreams about my ex even though I am very happy with my current relationship. No big deal really.
