You didn't state whether you are the minor in the Child Protective Services system or the parent - it makes a difference.
If you are the minor, you can be picked up and placed in custody - there are several juvenile detention facilities in Texas, none of them very nice.
If you are the parent, you are asking for termination of parental rights.
Missing the scheduled drug test was incredibly irresponsible, so in either case you very well might be better off if the government takes over.

It doesn't matter where your at in the world, if your dealing cps you miss a test and they automatically call the test a positive unless you hade prior arrangements made before that test....anyhow it WILL NOT look good on you. That also puts a bad rap on you in court while trying to get your children back!! Good luck!!

it is called a dirty test.
if it is the only dirty test you have had,
they will let you continue with the program
.... but your tests will no longer be free.
they will charge you $25 at the time of each test
i been there and did that
stay clean for your kids ...please
