Hi everyone, i'm a sufferer of being allergic to cats and i have a question. Whenever i get mad at people for bringing their cats into my house i almost get the same reply every time. The people say that i'll be fine because the cat is only going to be in my house for a few min. But i still have minor allergic reactions. So how fast does cat dander really travel through the air in a house. Thanks for the answers!!!!!

What kind of person drags their pet over to the house of someone known to be allergic to said animal?
It seems to me that they are Insensitive buggers ask them to leave the pet at home or if its 'only for a minute' then in their vehicle.
If they tell you that you are being insensitive. Simply tell them they are the ones being insensitive to your health and wishes. It is your house your rules they should respect that and you. Allergies are Not fun.

tell your friends to not bring cats to your house. They should resect your wishes. Cat dander can leave a cat at any time. the spores are open, and can linger in the air. you will need to vacumm really well in your home.

hi , The denser the medium is , the speedier sound travels by that medium . Now , as all of us do not ignore that water is denser ( thicker ) than air , consequently sound travels speedier by water than in air . The sound is a wave or vibration led to by disturbance contained in the medium . The denser the medium is , the speedier vibration spreads by the medium and consequently speedier is speed of sound in that medium . Water is way denser than air . for this reason , sound shuttle a lot speedier in water than in air . speed of sound in air = 331 meters / 2d .
