Ever since 2004, my daughter and I have had sexual encounters.
She was independent for about a year when we just had our first sexual encounter.
Now her mom has been dead for about 5 years and I have no prospects really. I have told her time and time again that she needs to get out and find a boyfriend but she insists on staying with me. I don't understand her hesitation since she is a VERY attractive young woman.
I've tried stopping myself but she is very insistent. We are both open people and I try not to shame her for this but it seems I'm getting very close to having to.
How can I get her to find other guys?

Step one, stop having sex with your daughter. Regardless of whether you have "prospects" or not, it is shameful you would do that with your own daughter. Second, get her involved in some kind of activity or group where she will be relating to other girls her age. Sooner or later she will begin hanging out with these girls, meeting mutual friends, meeting guys etc. Once you cut off the sexual contact and all of this other activity begins happening, the natural progression would be for her to start dating guys her own age. The both of you should get some counseling as well. It sounds like neither of you ever fully coped with your wife's death and looked for love and affection in a direction that should not have been explored.

Oh my god, I can't believe you would even tell what you just told, let alone ask for advise? Are you for real? I am a mother of two daughters and if anything ever happen to me I would hope to god that my kids father would continue being a GOOD parent , not a F--king child molester of his own daughter. And don't you even dare try to put it off on her by saying that she keeps insisting. You are an adult, a F--ked up one but still you should have never even started this. I can't believe you and if i could get my hands on you I would choke you. Do you have any idea how you have messed up your daughters head and life? You want to help her? You are one SORRY PIECE OF CRAP. #1 YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOUCHED her. You need to have you head EXAMINED---the head you are suppose to think with, that is. HOW disgusting.
