I go this camera for christmas it was working fine and now something happened and a blue screen came up and now i cant get my pictures on my camera.

i have my pictures but i just cant get them on the computer. the cord that i have wont let me. b/c sum thing happen b4.

do you have drivers for your camera installed? sometimes you need the usb drivers for your camera installed to transfer pics from the camera.do you have to put the camera on a certain setting like usb drive in the menus? if you did set the camera up right or there is a setting to transfer the pics you may have to reinstall the drivers for the camera. or the cable could be bad. try reinstalling the drivers. then trying it. if you can get another cable and try that.or try another usb port to plug camera into on the pc.

no i dont know how but...2.1 mega pixel? i would recomend you to get a sony cyberchot dsc s500 its only $150 with 6.0 mega pixels

Sorry, I think you lost your pictures. If it wasn't saved on a card, then there's nothing you can do.
