He does have a right to know..it is his child to. You also need to look into the future..your kid will realize that his daddy is not around and will want to know why. So in respect for your ex and your child YES TELL HIM!

The father of the child should know - it is very important and really not up to you. There are lives at stake here.
Bringing up the child on your own in London is not a good idea - it is really though and expensive - regardless on what you and your ex agree on in the end.

if it's not his, it hasnt anything to do with him, but if you're saying it's your ex's then he has every right to know and you should tell him. It's no longer what you want it's the child now that you should be thinking about and that child will want to know the father whether you like it or not and whether he wants to be a part of its life or not.

If it's his, of course, yes!

All the ladies answering are saying it's 'up to you'. Well I think that's a disgusting attitude. You have a duty and an obligation to tell the father which in my opinion should be made legal.

Unfortunately just because it is in your tummy doesn't mean it is just yours. I'm relly sorry girls out there that I can't change anything about that, and neither can you.

If it is his~TELL HIM. He has a right to know and if he wants to be part of the babys life, let him be!! If you are pregnant, you didn't get that way by yourself! If you don't tell him about it, what are you going to tell the child when he/she asks about their father?

First work out if you are pregnant. There is no point worrying about what you're going to do until you know for sure. And then yes if you are pregnant and it's definately your ex's then you should tell him and try to work something out for all your best interests.

well you could leave and let your child without a father. or you could tell him that you may be pregnant and give him the option to raise the child so it has a father. i can tell you from experience that when you don't have a father around it SUCKS!!!!

Yes. He has a right to know and the child has a right to know it's father.
