well, you may be drooling a little, having a nicotine fit,or whatever, stay with it,these are the withdrawal symptoms, wanting something you do not need to have. Breathe, and deeply. You will live through them, and see yourself coming out at the other end free, and there will come a time when you will not be able to stand the smell of tobacco. Stay away from places where there is smoking going on

Keep yourself busy shopping, and think at 5 dollars a day what you could buy with that money also the exercise helps the pounds from coming on so does chewing gum

Google out "cold laser therapy" solutions for wieght loss and smoking cessation. I've heard some really good things about it and infact, am considering it myself.

a co worker of mine uses commit losenges and loves them he says they work very well, and he smoked 2-3 packs a day

you can't....you will gain weight....but it will come off eventually
