Force yourself to slow down, and focus on one thing at a time,..one situation at a time.
The drugs might really help you so re-consider.

Diet:Eat a well balanced diet & try to avoid unecessary sugar.
Physical: Do a short exercise routine every morning,such as push ups,sit ups,jumping jacks,etc.
Mental:Read a book during your quiet times,learn to play the guitar or anything that requires your brain to focus and remain calm.SInce this is the primary problem with ADD, I would suggest that you do this atleast 2x daily.

I know this is gonna sound a bit far fetched; but you should try meditating. It will be hard at first to clear out you're thoughts; but it will defiantly work.

sleep good and eat well balanced meals.
