How can I lose weight?!

um didnt a bunch of people just tell you that you are really skinny? is this a joke, b/c if you truly wanted tips to lose weight you would not say that you are 76 pounds at 5'2" after all those responses you would say otherwise. eat healthy and stay fit.

You look fine. Everyone thinks there is somthing really wrong with them like you but its not that wrong to other people. You should think about how your friends and family thinks about you seriously. Or you can go to a doctor and ask if you are over weight (If you are 10-10000 pound over then I think you have to ask the question again without the picture because it will just make people think what in the world is this girl thinking.) Are you serious, I have looked at all your questions and you seem to either be a jerk that gets off on people worrying about you or you are a young girl that has an issue with what society tells her she looks like, seriously sweetheart you need to seek counseling and get yourself helped for anorexia, you are stressing about weight that you think is there and it isn't, you are unhealthy skinny, and if you don't change your mind about yourself you will end up ruining that body that you care so much for,

listen if u are down about ur weight u would need to stick at it. if u are unfit i would start of buy only doinng a half hour of walking in the morning befor brekfast and then wen u get home eat this means that instead of getting rid of the fat u just ate u will get rid of some that u had.

have ligt thinks to eat like for breakfast a cereal or scrambled eggs with a smothie lunch a penut butter sandwich and for dinner a normal dinne then go a nother half hour walk

drink 8 glasses of water a day it stops u from getting hungry

sometimes people eat wen ther bored well DONT do something like a walk or something active like if u hav a dog take it a walk or just run up and down the stairs listining to music now u hav to stick at this if u hav to loose weight but if ur comfee at ur own weught then i say watever makes u happy

Oh my god, ew. Yes, you are a big tub of lard. I want to puke.
Here is what you do to... uh, /lose/ weight. Yep. To... /lose/ it.
Every day for breakfast, go to McDonald's and eat 5 Big Macs.
For a snack, go to Domino's and eat about half of a large pepperoni pizza. Be sure to order 2 extra pizzas, this will be your lunch. Also, order 2 sides of honey barbeque buffalo wings.
For dinner, go to Taco Bell and order 20 fiesta salads, and 5 burritos. You will... lose that AWFUL, terrible, huge amount of fat in no time. Yep.

By the way, "fatass", you're an attention whore. :)
Put on 200 lbs, THEN you are allowed to call yourself fat.

Brat.

Don't lose any more weight, dang, Go buy some little Debbies or something, if you are concerned about your appearance, take some advice from me, EAT LITTLE DEBBIE OATMEAL CREAM PIES, AND LOTS OF EM. Katy, when your upper arms are as small as your wrists, that is a dead give away that someone is malnourished, because it shows extreme fat loss and muscle loss. You have to stop what you are doing right now and get some professional help. If you carry on this way, you most certainly won't see adulthood. Please please talk to someone about this, before it goes too far to ever recovery from. Take care : )

You sound like you are a normal weight. If you want to control/maintain your weight, just eat normal portions (in other words, don't over eat) and work out (jogging, biking, skating, etc.) regularly. It's not that difficult.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
