What to Wear in Zermatt?

I'll be there next month. Can I wear jeans and sneakers in the bars and clubs or should I bring nicer clothes.

sneakers, preferably not
nicer clothes, yes if you want anyone to dance with you

I'd bring nicer clothes.

When every other shop is an expensive perfume/rolex shop....i would dress nice! I backpacked all over Switzerland, and the looks from my attire and lack of primping....priceless.....
