Good question. I have tried colgate simply white, not very effective since sliva weakens its effects and wears it off. Crest vivid white night did not work for me either.. a waste of time and money. Ionic white.. forget it thats a scam. The crest strips are a hassle but they work just a little. I dont smoke or drink coffee but I dont know what else to try.

I really don't know, I haven't tried them all, or even attempted to get the expensive ones. But I did try the Listerine whitening mouthwash, and that works pretty good.

Just use the toothpaste because I used the whitestrips that cost over 20 bucks and now my teeth are sensitive to eating cold stuff
