Well I Wear my retainer every 3 days, I dont wear it everyday. When i put it on it dont fully fit my teeth, and it hurts after i put them on. So is that gonna cause me to get loose teeth?

It hurts and your teeth feel loose because the teeth are moving out of position when you're not wearing the retainers.

You need to wear them every day for at least the first six months until your teeth settle into position. When you've worn them for about 6 months or so then you should be able to just wear them at night.

At the rate you're going right now, one day you'll try to put those retainers in and not be able to get them in at all. Then you have to get new retainers made or (gasp!) have crooked teeth again.

you should wear your retainer every day or not at all. i don't wear mine either. if i do wear it once in a while it will force my teeth back where they are suppose to be. that hurts and it makes them loose. if i wore it all the time except for meals...then they would be forced back where they belong and then stay there and stop hurting and tighten back up in the gum.
