It's okay. Don't worry about it.
When I was little, when Oreo was just being introduced in Malaysia, my aunt would always buy them for me. I've gotten so sick of Oreos and thus, I have not had an Oreo in years. It's funny how I picked up one from the plate the other day and put it back on the plate as I am not ready for an Oreo yet. Sorry, I know this is irrelevant but I just wanna share my story. :)

If you feel very fat,why would you eat another piece of oreo? Just learn how to control yourself not to eat to many sweets and foods that has many fats.

Why dont you eat some food that is negative calories like grapefruit or celery. Learn that it is OK if you cheat once in awhile. So dont freak and take a nice deep breath.

Even if you're on a diet you should allow your body to cheat about once every ten days. Studies have shown occasionally cheating can increase results.

You should have one day where you just eat junk food. (Of course you can eat healthy food too) But only that day you can eat junk food. If you excersise daily then put a little more that day. Well Good Luck!
