Drink lots of water. It helps your body burn fat faster. Drink at least 2 quarts a day. It also helps you feel full so you don't need to eat as much. Drink water before and with every meal.
Don't sit still!!! Your body burns more calories standing and moving than it does sitting or lying down. Put your homework on a counter and work while standing. You can even do leg lifts or knee bends or dance while you read/work if you are coordinated enough.
Push away from the table before you feel full. Eating smaller meals with little snacks in between to keep your metabolism high and help your stomach get smaller.
Take a walk whenever you can. Or, put on some lively music you like and dance to your hearts content.
The most important thing is to put on a pretty face with a big smile so people will see your happy face and not notice that you're overweight.
My sister has always had a weight problem that she can't do much about, but people love her because she is always happy and loves to laugh.
Don't worry about trying to lose weight "fast" as you want to keep it off if you can lose it. Losing it a couple pounds a week is healthier for you and it will be more likely to stay off.

Losing weight fast is unhealthy, can cause heart problems, and is rarely permanent. You should focus on a healthy diet and regular exercise to lose weight gradually. If you are currently not getting any exercise and eating poorly, the weight will drop very quickly as soon as you start exercising and eating healthy. Losing weight fast has been linked to heart problems. Many people who lose weight quickly on fad diets end up with permanent health problems. I have lost 200 pounds. It's hard work, and what's most important is that you have to want to be healthy, not just look a certain way. Also, it's better to lose the weight now, when you're young, before you get older and heavier and more set in your eating/exercise habits. You may not want to exercise, but if you want to be healthy (not just skinny) it's important to at least take a daily 30 minute walk or so. Maybe you have some friends that you can go for walks with before or after school or there is a sport you might be interested in? Swimming is great exercise and a fun way to lose weight! It creates great muscle tone and firms up your entire body. So you won't just lose weight, but you will change the shape of your body and make yourself stronger. Having more muscle means you burn more fat all the time, even when you're not exercising. Good luck! P.S. People made fun of me for years. I was VERY heavy in highschool (over 300 pounds). And now I eat healthy and exercise regularly, and no one recognized me at my 10 year reunion. Most people had gotten fat, and I had lost weight... =) It's hard to lose weight. You can't just want to be "skinny" you have to want to be healthy.
Take Care.

Losing weight fast can be unhealthy and usually doesn't last in the long run.
Drink 7+ glasses of water a day.
Record what you eat and the calories.
Record your weight once a week.
Cut your food into small pieces and eat slowly.
Fill up on fruits and veggies.
Stop drinking regular soda, it has lots of calories.
Get a buddy to lose weight with.

Eat right. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. Change from the chips to an apple, orange, carrot. Eat less White bread less potato less sugar(all of these are the same thing - carbohydrates.) The sugar gives you energy you say, yah it is like gasoline a short hot burn and then you are burnt out. Don't have the energy. Eat more meat and veges. Chocolate icecream - sugar sugar and fat.Drink water. It fills you up too. Not so hungry when it comes to dinner time.
Whenever you can do something over sit on you bum, do it. You burn more fat standing than sitting, period. Exercise while watching TV instead of sitting like you are a lump. Little exercises.. It is the way it works. Soon you will be gaining muscle and muscle burns fat. Not muscular like Arnold, just firmer.

i lost 25 pound in a few months by taking what i ate and cutting it in half. like, instead of takin a whole sandwich for lunch, take a half with some raw veggies and an apple. this worked out so well for me because i could eat what i wanted and lose weight. i also would walk everyday even if it was only around the block. i hate running and that is what i was always told to do. everyone also told me to cut carbs and i was like, no way, i cant do that..i love carbs! so i found my own diet and it worked out better then any other diet! and i could eat carbs!
