It wouldn't really matter because you'd probably die of starvation or at best become extremely ill.
If you want to lose weight do it sensibly. If you don't eat enough calories you'll slow your metabolism and possibly screw it up permanently, setting yourself up for a lifetime of serious weight issues. Cutting out junk and processed foods and cutting back on sugar and "white" foods like bread, potatoes and pasta along with your running is all you need to do.

Sorry to say that your body will figure this trick out and go into a weird state (not Nebraska) where it won't actually lose weight. You may actually gain weight trying this.
Better to try 4-6 small meals. Get a quick-read book on calorie counting...figure out how much you currently eat and take away 1/3 of the total. Then break that up onto those smaller meals.
It's quick, easy, not too dramatic, and it will work....when you also take up a bit of extra exercise....you don't have to run every day...

Don't know how much weight you'll lose, but you will miss out on a lot of nutrients (protein, minerals, and vitamins) that aren't in crackers or water. You'd be negatively affecting your health. It's better to eat healthy foods in moderation and work out reasonably. Running is healthy.

Well considering you don't get the correct foods your body needs.. two things will happen.. One you body will hold on to any fat it gets.. because you are starving it and two you create an unhealthy body for starving it of what it needs. Run at least 30min a day or more and eat six small meals a day.. you will lose..(except no sugar, caffeine, oil, salt)

That is not healthy!!!! Don't do it!!!!! You need to eat a well balanced diet with your water. If you cut it to 1000-1200 calories a day and exercise you will be able to lose weight still.
